A wizAcom project manager joins ResMed's team
ResMed has embarked on an ambitious project to refresh the design of its European websites. wizAcom has taken charge of the ResMed site in France 🇫🇷 , Sweden 🇸🇪 and Switzerland 🇨🇭.
The aim is to improve their websites. This means ensuring that each site effectively represents the brand and meets the specific needs of their regional audiences. However, thanks to UX design studies and visitor satisfaction surveys, the overall design of the sites has been rethought to meet users’ new needs as closely as possible.
For 12 months, the project team worked rigorously to update and improve 15 websites, ensuring consistency and quality across all regions.

Working with ResMed experts in each country
The wizAcom project manager works closely with the local experts in each country to meet deadlines, provide technical support and act as a link between the client – ResMed Europe – and the end customer – the subsidiary in each country.
Cultural adaptation is a must; the working language is, of course, English 🇬🇧 !
Coordinated implementation with other ResMed project managers
To meet the deadlines for this ambitious project, all the web project managers have to work together, each for their own country, in perfect coordination with the local experts.
As a result, weekly meetings are necessary to check everyone’s progress, while more frequent meetings are set up with each country correspondent.
Localisation of the content – text and photos – is a time-consuming process.
Quality and respect for customer deadlines
With 15 websites to update in the course of a year, time management was essential. We followed a structured schedule, coordinating closely with our international partners, to ensure that each website redesign was completed on time.
Throughout the project, we carried out rigorous quality checks to ensure that each local site met the high standards set by ResMed.
Results and impacts
The successful execution of this project unifies and enhances ResMed’s online presence across its key European markets. Each local website now better reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation in respiratory health, while providing transparent content on respiratory diseases tailored to each country’s healthcare system.
